Shell

Commissions are always a challenge for any artist. To create a bespoke artwork that reflects the tastes and character of the client while maintaining artistic integrity is a delicate balancing act. As every brushstroke is being created for a third party, one is really a surrogate painter in this instance, slightly held in check.
